These are the new plants we are putting in at the front of the house. The cherry tree we already had, but it is loaded with cherries this year for the first time, apparently because of our squirrels’ having a very bad year last year and being quite diminished this year – they usually take all the cherries in the first couple of days.
It took both Robin and our computer technician to help me get this up here. We’ll see how I do.

The cherries look wonderful. Can you eat them yet? You’d better get them fast before the squirrels do.

Is this the front of the first house or the second house?

It is the first house. The cherries are pretty sour, maybe could be made into a pie but probably not eaten without sweetening. This year’s squirrels just don’t seem to have found them.
I’m so jealous of your cherries! Are they the sour type that are so good for pies? I bet the birds love them!
